CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect time and availability, it’s required to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of booked appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee is non refundable and will be charged to the card on file. Your understanding and cooperation in helping provide the best possible experience for all guests is appreciated.
